In 2013, Margaret embarked on a transformative phase of her career by joining the Job Corps community, where she significantly enhanced program effectiveness through innovative recruitment strategies, job placement, and retention programs. A native of Birmingham and a proud alumna of Ramsay High School and Auburn University, Margaret’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism followed by a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Strayer University.
