As workforce development professionals, CESC’s principals have managed more than $135 million in federal job training funds since 1991. Moreover, CESC key management staff are tenured Workforce Development professional having been directly involved in the supervision, administration and/or operation of federally funded job training contracts in Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Arizona, Maine, Arkansas, Alabama, and Texas.
CESC employees a group of talented professionals to support contract operations including finance, administration, human resources, staff development, data integrity, property management, and program operations. We also have workforce development professionals in consulting and part-time positions as well as full-time academic instructors, vocational instructors, counselors, job developers, career development specialists, and employer/student liaisons that are sources for knowledge and experience that enhance all of our projects.
The success of today’s youth is a function of quality opportunities where they can succeed; to acquire the necessary skills to remain gainfully attached to the workforce. This is the foundation for CESC’s mission statement.
